Welcome to the Inventor Centre

The Inventor Centre is an exciting initiative at Fairfield Intermediate School in Hamilton, NZ. This year, two groups of Year 7-8 students are exposed to basic, then programmable electronics, before finally planning and developing their own programmable electronic system. Take the animated tour to find out more.

In 2009 - our first year - two students proudly became National finalists in the BrightSparks competition. Check out the Hall of Fame for more details.

A big welcome to the latest Inventors! 2010 is going to be an exciting year. Two Inventor Centre classes, 24 keen Inventors, new projects, new ideas, and hopefully some great placings in the end of year BrightSparks competition.

While you're here, have a look around. This space was designed for you. There are interesting videos, handy references, downloads, links to some great websites, and best of all, a Help section, where you can ask and answer questions from other Inventors.

Finally, keep up with all the latest discussions, updates, and questions and answers, by signing up as a 'follower' (right).
